Are there any limits on the number of people I can work with?
Nope. Cozimo's pricing is based on the number of project workgroups that you can manage at any one time but there's no limit to how many people you may invite to participate with you in any one workgroup. Also, there's no limit to the number of collaboration folders that you can create for a workgroup to help you organize the content you want to collaborate on.
Do the people I invite have to pay anything to participate in my project workgroups?
Registering a personal account with Cozimo is always free so the people you invite will not have to pay anything to participate in your workgroups.
Are there any long-term commitments?
None at all. Cozimo is a pay-as-you-go monthly subscription service. You may downgrade back to your free level of service or cancel your account at any time and you will not receive any further charges.
Can I change my subscription plan?
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your needs change by simply clicking on the desired plan in your account settings.
What type of payment do you accept?
You may pay by most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). You will receive an invoice monthly by email for each payment.
Can I create an account in the name of a company or specific project?
Yes. You may find it convenient and more economical to create a single account in the name of your organization to manage all your project workgroups. Another approach is to establish specific accounts in the names of the individual projects your working on. This would provide you with itemized invoices that can facilitate project expense tracking. In either approach, every individual using Cozimo should still register a free personal account in order to track, access and personally identify themselves within all the project workgroups that they are participating in.
